The team is small: the service is run day to day by its founder, with email support. There is no call centre, no sales team, and nobody will chase you by phone.

How an order is delivered

We don't produce the followers ourselves. We buy delivery from specialised suppliers (panels), picking the ones with the best quality and stability per service, and we route each order to them.

In practice: you enter your public handle, we fetch your profile to confirm it exists and is reachable, you pick quantities and — for likes and views — which posts. After payment the order goes to the selected supplier and delivery usually starts within the hour.

We never ask for your password and never need access to your account. If a service asks for your credentials, that's a red flag — here as anywhere else.

What we do not guarantee

We don't guarantee results on your organic growth. Bought followers don't make content go viral and don't engage with yours: they add volume, not an audience.

We don't guarantee 100% retention. Some delivered accounts may unfollow over the following weeks — that is structural in this market. That is exactly what the refill guarantee covers: within the stated window, we redeliver the difference.

We don't quote delivery times to the minute. The ranges on the product pages are what we observe, not contractual promises.

Payment, invoices and refunds

Payments go through Stripe with 3D Secure authentication. We never see or store your card number.

An undelivered order is refunded. A delivered, conforming order is not — the exact conditions are on the Refund page, and we apply them as written.
